Consortium Eoped: our targer are in our roules
The mode of governance and management of Ecoped are governed by the Statute in line with the mission of the Consortium and the SAFE group and are constantly monitored by the shareholders.
The Assembly is responsible for electing and supervising the Board of Directors, approve the budget and vote on operational plans.
